I think the people giving good reviews of the 2 laundromats here in Gloucester are friends with the owner. I think the incredibly rude attendant had by the other people was in the courthouse location today. I normally don't use a laundromat but had some big comforters and dog beds to wash. Decided they don't deserve my money and truthfully they don't deserve yours. I will wait until I'm driving across the Coleman and find some place where they don't speak to their customers like that.
Terrible place! Worst customer service ever! This one lady was so rude to me and I will NEVER go back. I would love if I could talk to a manager because I would sure tell him who the person is to!
Great little laundry mat! Friendly, helpful staff! There is a new capability to accept credit cards for washing which is super convenient. There is laundry products for sale if you forget yours and vending machines.
Sometimes the attendants arent the friendliest but they're not there to be your friend. They do provide a great drop off service and are exceptional at what they at supposed to do. Great equipment for self service
Staff is nice, but the washers have rust and mold on them. I spent alot of money and feel I did not get my monies worth at all! The 1.40 dryers are a huge rip off, the .70 worked better. I will not return to this location again.
